Scheduling

Quotas, daily caps, and limits

Understand how monthly and daily limits interact.

The three limits

Every plan defines three independent limits:

  • Monthly post quota — total posts per calendar month. Resets on the 1st.
  • Daily post cap — hard ceiling per day regardless of monthly quota. Protects against rate-limit issues.
  • Book / video limits — how many source items you can hold at once.

How they interact

The scheduler enforces all three on every tick. If any one is exhausted, the slot is skipped silently — your account is never rate-limited by X because of an Azzani over-publish.

Unlimited plan

The Unlimited plan removes the monthly quota entirely but keeps the daily cap. This is intentional — daily caps protect your X account from spam-detection heuristics.

Where to see your current usage

The dashboard shows posts used this month against your quota, and the schedule detail page shows daily counts updated in real time.
