These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Azzani U Writer (the "Service"), operated by 7AZZANI ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, subscribing, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract under applicable law to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@7azzani.com of any unauthorized access. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that show signs of compromise or abuse.
Azzani U Writer is an educational research and synthesis tool. Users upload educational materials (PDF/DOCX), and the Service utilizes user-provided AI credentials to perform semantic analysis, extract key themes, and generate synthesized summaries (such as micro-learning insights, thematic threads, or long-form research summaries). These insights are then organized for dissemination to the user's educational community via their connected public knowledge interface (X) on a schedule configured by the user. The Service is designed for knowledge management and the dissemination of academic insights, not for generic marketing or outreach automation.
The Service operates as a private research interface requiring X credentials and optionally supporting your own AI provider key:
You are solely responsible for the validity, costs, rate limits, and consequences of usage on those external accounts. We are not a party to your relationship with X or OpenRouter and bear no liability for fees, suspensions, or actions taken by those providers. The Service acts as a bridge for your personal research synthesis.

Violation of this section, especially regarding spam and unsolicited outreach, may result in immediate suspension or termination, with no obligation to refund. The Service is intended for legitimate knowledge sharing and research synthesis.
You retain ownership of all books you upload and all posts the Service generates from your input. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, process, and transmit your content solely as necessary to operate the Service for you. You represent and warrant that you have the rights necessary to upload each book and to publish AI-derived posts based on it.
Azzani U Writer is a software tool that helps users analyze materials and publish synthesized content through accounts and external platforms they control. We do not endorse, pre-approve, or assume responsibility for user uploads, user instructions, generated drafts, scheduled posts, or content ultimately published to a user's connected platform account. To the maximum extent permitted by law, you are solely responsible for the content you upload, generate, approve, schedule, publish, or otherwise disseminate using the Service, including any copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, platform-policy, or other third-party-rights issues arising from that content.
Because publication may occur on third-party platforms such as X, content posted there is also governed by that platform's rules, reporting tools, moderation decisions, and legal processes. We may assist with investigations involving use of our Service, but we do not control every copy, repost, quote, screenshot, cache, or downstream distribution that may exist outside the Service.
We respect copyright and expect every user to upload, generate, and publish only content they own, have licensed, or are otherwise legally permitted to use. If you believe a user has used Azzani U Writer to upload, generate, schedule, or publish content that infringes your copyright or other intellectual-property rights, please report it promptly.
Registered users can submit a report through our support ticket system by choosing the copyright / intellectual-property report category. If you cannot access the support system, email support@7azzani.com with the subject line "Copyright Report". To help us review the issue quickly, include:
We review copyright and rights reports promptly and may take immediate action where appropriate, including restricting access to uploaded materials, disabling related scheduled items, suspending or terminating the reported user's account, preserving relevant records, contacting the reported user for clarification, or cooperating with the relevant platform, rights holder, legal representative, or lawful authority. Repeat infringement or abuse of the Service for infringing activity may result in permanent account termination with no refund.
Reports must be accurate and submitted in good faith. We may reject incomplete, fraudulent, abusive, or legally insufficient reports, and we reserve the right to request additional information before taking action. If the reported material is already published on a third-party platform, you should also use that platform's own copyright or abuse reporting process because the platform controls removal from its service.
Summaries and insights produced by the Service are synthesized by third-party language models and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unintentionally similar to other works. You are solely responsible for reviewing every synthesized insight before it is shared and for the consequences of anything disseminated from your account, including any platform action taken against your account. The Service is a research aid, not a source of definitive truth.
Paid plans are billed monthly via our payment provider Polar. Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle until cancelled. By subscribing you authorize Polar to charge the payment method on file each cycle. We do not store or process your payment-card information ourselves.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not produce a refund for the current or previous billing periods. All payments are final and non-refundable — see our Refund Policy for full details.
Free-trial accounts are limited as displayed on the pricing page. Trial usage does not entitle you to refunds, and trial limits may be adjusted at any time.
We aim to keep the Service available continuously but make no guarantee of uptime. The Service may be suspended for maintenance, security, third-party outages (X, OpenRouter, Polar), or events beyond our reasonable control. We are not liable for missed posts caused by such events.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, abusive behavior, or to comply with law. On termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive (IP, disclaimers, liability, governing law) will survive.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim all such warranties.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD $50. We will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, or X / OpenRouter charges or suspensions, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 7AZZANI and its operators from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of (a) your use of the Service, (b) the content you upload or publish, or (c) your violation of these Terms or any law or third-party right.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or via an in-app notice. Continued use after the effective date of an update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at our place of business, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law gives you the right to file in your local court.
