1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Azzani U Writer ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Azzani U Writer is a content scheduling platform that generates social media posts from user-uploaded books using AI. Users provide their own X (Twitter) API credentials and OpenRouter API keys.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for: (a) the content of books you upload, (b) ensuring you have the right to use and share content from those books, (c) your own X API and OpenRouter API usage and costs, (d) compliance with X's Terms of Service.

4. BYO Credentials

Azzani U Writer does not provide X API access or AI inference. You must supply your own credentials. We encrypt your API keys at rest but are not liable for costs incurred on your X or OpenRouter accounts.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you upload. AI-generated posts are derived from your content and are your responsibility.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the Service, including but not limited to X API suspensions, incorrect posts, or data loss.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior.
