This Refund Policy applies to all purchases of paid subscriptions to Azzani U Writer. By subscribing, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted this policy in addition to our Terms of Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, all subscription payments to Azzani U Writer are final and non-refundable. This includes, without limitation:
Azzani U Writer is a software service with two important properties that make refunds impractical:
For these reasons, we apply a strict no-refund policy and price the Service accordingly.
You may cancel your subscription at any time:
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to the paid features until that date and you will not be charged again. We do not pro-rate or refund the unused portion of the period.
If your account has a free trial, you will not be charged during the trial. To avoid being charged when the trial ends, cancel before the trial expiration date shown in your account. Once a trial converts to a paid plan, the first charge is non-refundable in line with Section 1.
The Service depends on third-party APIs (X, optional OpenRouter, Polar) and the built-in AI runtime. Failed research insights, AI errors, rate-limit hits, X account suspensions, or temporary outages are not grounds for a refund. We will, however, make reasonable efforts to investigate and resolve issues you report to support@7azzani.com.
If you believe you have been charged in error — for example a duplicate charge for the same billing cycle — contact support@7azzani.com within 30 days of the charge with your order ID. Verified erroneous duplicate charges will be refunded. This is the only situation in which a refund will be issued.
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute instead of contacting us first, your account will be immediately suspended and may be permanently terminated. Generated content and uploaded books may be deleted. We strongly encourage you to contact support@7azzani.com first — most issues can be resolved quickly without involving your card issuer.
Where mandatory local law grants you a refund right that this policy cannot exclude, that right applies in addition to this policy. By starting to use the Service immediately after subscribing — including by uploading a document, generating a research insight, or scheduling a dissemination — you acknowledge that performance has commenced and, where permitted by law, expressly waive any statutory cooling-off / withdrawal right that would otherwise apply once performance has begun.
If you upgrade mid-cycle, the new plan's price applies from the next renewal — we do not pro-rate upgrades. If you downgrade, the change takes effect at the next renewal and we do not refund the difference for the remainder of the current cycle.
If we terminate your account for breach of our Terms of Service (e.g., abuse, fraud, illegal use), no refund will be issued for any unused portion of the subscription.
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The updated policy applies to subscriptions purchased on or after its effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
