Accessing the Polar customer portal
Every billing email from Polar contains a portal link. You can also request a fresh link by emailing support@7azzani.com.
What you can do in the portal
- Update your payment method.
- Download invoices and tax receipts.
- Change your billing address.
- Cancel your subscription (access stays until period end).
Changing plan tier
To switch between Pro and Unlimited, use the upgrade page in Azzani — not the Polar portal. We handle the prorated upgrade and update your quotas immediately on success.
